Mesquite, NV, May 23rd, 11:45 am PST-

The EDC Festival has officially ended and over 400,000 people attended and the majority are now heading home today, Monday, May 23rd. Traffic has started getting bad, especially on Interstate 15 heading south of Las Vegas to California. Expect major “crawling” and delays there.

At the moment by Mesquite, Nevada, the Interstate lanes are running smoothly with no reports of traffic problems. There are only slowdowns by mm 118 for Northbound and at the Virgin River Bridge Project at Beaver Dam/Littlefield on both sides.

Things may change today at any time as EDC attendees are traveling home today.

Weather predictions are a little cooler today in the 80s, but more humid so make plans to have plenty of water and gasoline for the extra time. Also, check your tires.

The best times to travel with less traffic are early in the morning before 8:00 am PST and in the evenings after 10:00 pm PST.
