Mesquite, NV-

The National Weather Service issued a warning for Southern Nevada this Easter weekend. Currently on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at approximately 1:30 pm PST, the winds are averaging 13 mph but with gusts up to 50 mph. Sand billowing in the winds has already hit Mesquite with visibility affected.

The current temperature is 82°F and the temperature will be dropping down to a high of 76°F later this afternoon and even down to 50°F tonight with a wind chill factor.

The winds are expected to be continuing throughout the day until tonight around 8:00 pm PST, according to the warning issued.

Expect Easter Sunday morning to be sunny with a high of 82°F  and a low of 55°F with minimal winds.
