4/2/2022 1:20:51AM Chest Pain Rescue 11 and Rescue 31 responded to a report of a person having chest pain. Rescue 11 treated the person who declined transport for further evaluation.

4/1/2022 3:26:12PM MVA with Injury Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident. Four people were involved with being transported to the hospital for further evaluation. 

4/1/2022 3:08:46PM Patient Trans Paged for a transport from Mesa View Hospital. Canceled prior to arrival. 

4/1/2022 3:06:35PM MVA with Injury Engine 31 and Rescue 32 responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident. Fifteen patients were involved with ten having no medical complaints. The other five refused treatment or transportation against medical advice.

4/1/2022 1:19:58PM Back Pain Rescue 11 responded to a call for a person having back pain.  Rescue 11 cleared the scene after one person refused transport to the hospital. 

4/1/2022 12:03:20PM MVA with Injury Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to a call for a 3 car motor vehicle accident on the I15 southbound at MM 114. Both units cleared the scene after 5 people refused transport to the hospital for further evaluation. 

4/1/2022 11:50:44AM Patient Trans Rescue 33 responded to Mesa View hospital for an inter-facility transport. One person was transported to Dixie hospital. 

4/1/2022 9:29:23AM Unconscious Rescue 11 responded to a call for a person involved in a ground-level fall. One person was transported to Mesa View hospital for further evaluation. 

4/1/2022 9:04:56AM Patient Trans Rescue 33 responded to Mesa View hospital for an inter-facility transport. One person and parent were transported to Sunrise pediatrics department in Las Vegas.
