Mesquite, NV-

Once again, another weekend has come and the Southbound I-15 lanes are backed up all the way past Mesquite with hundreds of cars waiting in line on the back way by Bunkerville on Riverside Rd. Expect 2-3 hours of delay and expect it to be like this all weekend. The best times to travel will be late at night 11 pm or midnight until 6 am.

Northbound is clear, some traffic and slows at the construction but no major congestion.

The construction of the Beaver Dam overpass is scheduled to continue until 2024. The construction southbound of Mesquite does not have a scheduled date of completion but is estimated to be until the end of this year or the beginning of 2023.

Again, the best times to travel have been found to be early morning between midnight and 6 am and then about 11 am until 2 pm.
