Traffic Update: SB I-15 a No Go

Nick "YoshiYama" Yamashita has a Master's in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Utah University, teaches Martial Arts as a 3rd Degree American Kenpo Black Belt, a Professional Photographer & Artist, with publications involving the genres of Poetry, Short Stories, Thesis and Papers on Criminology/Criminal Justice/Ethical Issues and more. He has worked in Juvenile Criminal Justice and Criminal Justice fields with experience as well as Forensic Science experience. Nick resides in Mesquite, Nevada.
Update: March 12, 2022- The huge backup was mainly from college students from Utah, Idaho, and Colorado who were headed to Las Vegas and California on Spring Break. Expect more traffic through out weekend, the worst being Sunday afternoon and evening.
Expect project to last until end of 2022.
The Southbound I-15 for 2nd week in a row is fully congested with traffic going all the way back past Mesquite.
The alternative way through on Riverside Road is backed up to Aravado Springs turnoff and getting longer.
Expect 2 hours delay.
Northbound I-15 is clear with no issues at moment.
