3/1/2022 10:12:39PM Patient Trans Rescue 33 responded to Mesa View hospital for an inter-facility transport. One person was transported to Dixie hospital. 

3/1/2022 10:09:16PM Falls Rescue 11 responded to a call for a person involved in a ground-level fall. Rescue 11 cleared the scene as the call was reported to be a lift assist only. 

3/1/2022 8:29:04PM Gas Leak Rescue 12 and Engine 11 responded to a call for a person reporting a gas leak. Both units cleared the scene after investigation of the leak and  

the clearance of the gas from the building.

3/1/2022 7:40:49PM Sick Person Rescue 12 responded to a person that was sick. One patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Hospital. 

3/1/2022 6:27:04PM Unconscious Rescue 31 and Rescue 32 responded to the Casa Blanca for an unconscious person. One person was transported to Mesa View for further evaluation.

3/1/2022 5:13:36PM Animal Bites Rescue 11 responded to a call for two people involved in an animal bite incident. Rescue 11 cleared the scene after two people refused transport to the hospital.

3/1/2022 8:59:21AM Sick Person Rescue 11 and Rescue 12 responded to a call for a sick person. One person was transported to Dixie for further evaluation.
