problem. One patient

was evaluated, but against medical advice refused transport to a hospital.

2/13/2022 9:13:30PM:  Cardiac Arrest, Rescue 31, 32, and Battalion 3 responded to a report of cardiac arrest. One patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Hospital.

2/13/2022 6:13:28PM: Sick Person, Rescue 11 and 12 responded to a report of a sick person by a third-party caller. Upon arrival, the resident denied medical complaints and refused all assessments. All units were available.

2/14/2022 5:23:13PM: MVA with Injury, Rescue 31 and Engine 31 responded to a mutual aid request from Clark County Fire Department to assist with a one-vehicle accident on the NV side of the Scenic Rd. One involved individual refused care.

2/14/2022 2:35:32PM: Falls, Rescue 11 responded to a report of a fall. One patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Hospital.

2/14/2022 1:05:57: Fire Alarm, Engine 11, Engine 31, and Rescue 31 responded to a report of a commercial general fire alarm. Determined to be an accidental smoke detector activation by landscaping crew. Command terminated and all units available.

2/14/2022 10:01:56AM: Hemorrhage, Rescue 11 responded to a report of hemorrhage. One patient was treated and transported to Mesa View Hospital

2/14/2022 8:53:22AM: Abdominal Pain, Rescue 31 responded to a report of abdominal pain. One patient was treated and transported to Intermountain St. George Regional Hospital.

2/14/2022 6:58:48AM: Diabetic, Rescues 11 and 12 responded to a report of a diabetic emergency. One patient was evaluated and would not allow transport to hospital. Patient signed out against medical advice.
